Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri Dixit is a well-known Indian actress known for her performances in the movies Beta Saajan and Hum Haiin Koun..! She first began her career as an actress in the late 1980s. The actress became popular for the film Tezaab starring the veteran actor Anil Kooor. Her next film was the film Dil in which she starred alongside Aamir Khan. As a child she began studying at a very early age. When she was in her early years when she first started acting as a young actor, the majority of films she produced did not succeed. Then, she discovered success with Indian film and climbed to the very top. After marriage, she experienced an absence from the industry before returning to the business. In the last few years, Dixit had a major role to play in Gulaab Gang a movie about the struggles of women in India. Dixit was nominated 15 times to win Filmfare Awards. She won eight of the awards. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian award awarded to civilians in India, was bestowed upon Dixit. She has also been recognized for her work in the social sector.
